I had the privilege of leading the design of Ample's battery-swap station: part architecture, part robotics, part energy storage system. Each generation of station design began with deep exploration using a combination of 3D tools (Rhino Grasshopper, Solidworks/CATIA), followed by a thorough assessment and selection of manufacturing processes that best enable the final selected industrial designs.
