SILICON VALLEY TIMELINE

EPic

Around the age of thirteen, I discovered the profession of transportation design and immediately set my sights on studying at the renowned Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. There, I quickly developed a deep fascination with mechanical design and entrepreneurship.

In 2011, my degree work culminated in an exclusive public showcase graciously hosted by Honda R&D North America. Drawing inspiration from the legendary founder of Honda, Soichiro Honda, my thesis extrapolated the pioneering technologies developed for ASIMO and envisioned their adaption into a series of entirely novel vehicle architectures. Conceived as a stealth sub-brand of Honda, HOLISITCA was my inaugural entrepreneurial endeavor, symbolizing the culmination of my student years and the commencement of my career in Silicon Valley.

For over 13 years, I have been part of three groundbreaking EV startups. Lit Motors' hand-built self-balancing electric motorcycle; Lucid Motors' fastest, longest-range production electric sedan; and Ample's universal swappable battery ecosystem for any electric vehicle.

My journey has fueled my ambition to create something of my own, dedicated to the late visionary, Jake Loniak. Further updates on AERA are forthcoming.
